On the surface 32 m² we have created a functional space for 2-4 people. Although this is our smallest apartment, it makes up for it with its charm, well-thought-out layout, and soothing views of the greenery.

• Relaxing on the balcony: You will go straight from the living room to balcony with a view of the garden and forest. This is your private quiet zone, away from the hustle and bustle of the streets – perfect for your morning coffee.
• Moments shared: The living room is connected to a kitchenette and dining area. A fold-out sofa (135 x 145 cm) provides a comfortable sleeping space for children or additional guests, and during the day, it serves as a relaxing area in front of the TV.
